Our pets can sometimes encounter the unexpected. Whether it is a case of an upset stomach or an injury after playing at the dog park, you can rest assured that at Sherrills Ford Animal Hospital we are fully equipped to handle emergencies at any time during our normal business hours. 

We have the ability to deliver rapid diagnostic results in our hospital to develop a quick and accurate treatment plan. Our in-house, state-of-the-art equipment include digital radiography and ultrasound to get urgently needed imaging results for a complete diagnosis. 

If you feel that your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, they should be taken to a veterinarian immediately. We are capable of treating and stabilizing many types of emergencies during business hours. Sometimes your pet’s condition may need more prolonged treatment or hospitalization. We will then discuss a plan of action following initial stabilization.
